For the renovation of our new home in Carlisle I had a vision for a rich-looking, wood-panel fireplace façade & mantel made of walnut as a focal point in our living room. With a simple sketch and catalog photo I provided and consultation with Paul, he was able to provide me drawings of my vision before starting on construction of not only the fireplace mantel but a matching wrap-around built-in cabinet and bench. I was very pleased with his workmanship and his willingness to work with me throughout the project, making my vision a reality.

Ten years ago we hired Carlisle Carpentry to build a kitchen addition for our house and install new cabinets, which we selected from a kitchen design store. The project turned out to be a total success and fully met all the expectations we had for the final outcome.
In 2012 we decided to build an addition to our living room . We once again hired Carlisle Carpentry to do the project, and are happy we did. The 18 X 22 foot structure had to be adapted to an existing A-frame structure without looking out of place, blend in and still be functional. Again it turned out to be a pleasant building experience with total success in craftsmanship and appearance. We are very pleased with Paul's commitment to push for a speedy construction process without dragging it out and getting distracted with other pending projects.
Paul's many years of building experience and his attention to details are definitely his biggest strengths.

When we decided to turn an attic storage area into an office, we contacted several local carpenters/builders, asking them to give us bids. We received four bids. We live in a large house in a historic district of Concord, built in 1787. Starting in 2001, Paul was the lead carpenter on several large major renovation and restoration projects.
